If you’re not into checking out your weight everyday, you will be surprised when one day your favorite dress doesn’t fit you anymore. Monitor you weight regularly, don’t just be confident that you are in a diet and regular exercise. Because sometimes your calorie intake is too much than you burn. Or rather you are making some mistakes in your daily lifestyle.
Consider these foods to avoid weight gain. Because these contains the highest amount of calories, protein and carbohydrate. Foods to avoid are whole milk and chocolate milk, eggs, nuts and peanut butter, fatty meats and starchy vegetables. It is not necessarily to totally avoid not having these foods on your meal, but it is important to monitor your calorie intake as to not eat too much.
However a change in lifestyle either will gain you weight or loose your weight. Lack of sleep can also gain or loose your weight. Too much stress may lead to eating too much or loosing your appetite that will weaken your body. Too busy to have an exercise and no time for a balance meal. Love your body, love yourself. Obviously we cannot say “I don’t eat too much and I always have exercise”. I did before but later on I realize I’m getting weaker. When I go and see my health consultant he told me “Eating less while you exercise isn’t just enough to say you’re perfectly fit”. That was then I started a to follow the proper eating habit, means eat on the right time, right amount and check calories that is less than I burn. Lesson learned.
