Cool Exercises, I always look forward to your next email with different ideas on training, but what would you call optimal strength? would being able to squat your bodyweight be optimal, or the need for achieving twice your bodyweight?
Thanks

Trevor,
The term, “optimal strength” refers to the individual. So, the optimal strength for a sprinter possibly in a squat is going to be different than that of a basketball player. Make sense?
