- Congrats to our LIFT certified trainer Tracy Thomas who told me she just completed her 100 mile high altitude race in 28:32. Pretty phenomenal, but then she comes back and knocks off a 12-hour race two weeks later. My favorite part is how she told me she was right back to training in our system right away. What a great inspiration and kick in the butt to work hard!
